CA' BIANCA Ante' - Produced in the hilly areas in the provinces of Italy, this red wine is obtained from a blend of the Barbera grape variety. It is balanced with either Freisa, Dolcetto or Grignolino grapes. full and soft typical aftertaste of the wild cherry fruit compliments the flavour.
Colour; deep ruby red Nose; complex and full bouquet with enticing notes of sweet scents plus traces of ripe violets Food Match; best achieved when you accompany this wine with roasted duck breasts or grilled pork tenderloin Vinification; grape fruits are hand picked in early October and macerated for 8 days. Fermentation therefore follows at cool temperatures. Ageing; takes place for twelve months in new and one year in used Allier barriques.
