ALBINEA CANALI Foglie Rosse - Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes flourish in a deep and medium-mixture terrain in vineyards located in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The grapes are grown in the Geneva Double Curtain or Doppia Cortina techniques.. Semi-sparkling, dry and velvety texture with a refreshing tartness.
Colour; Intense rosé and violet reflections Nose; Fresh, fruity aroma that hints of bread crust Food Match; Good with cured meats, stuffed pastas and grilled meat Vinification; After pressing, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 12 hours to extract some colour and enhance the flavours of the Sorbara grapes. Following partial fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, rendering the wine completely dry and leaving a deposit of natural yeast in the bottle.
