This wine is crafted from a blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which initially undergo an extended maceration with the grape skins. Following this, the wine undergoes fermentation at a carefully controlled temperature and matures in wooden barrels for a minimum of one year, culminating in an additional 12 months of aging in the bottle.
