Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and at least 12 months in bottle, the sweetness can already be perceived on the nose with blackberry and strawberry jam wrapped in vanilla and cinnamon, then enters sweet and warm, soft and intense, the tannin does its job by balancing the sugar and leaving the mouth ready for another taste. Best paired with traditional Umbrian cakes and biscuits, such as 'tozzetti', tarts, dark chocolate, creamy and mature cheeses. Serve at 16 - 18°C
