Shipping Policy

MyCantina Pty. Ltd. will only ship orders to a valid address within Australia, if you are outside Australia please contact to discuss your needs as local taxes may be removed and we can arrange a quote based on your location.


Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order value, you can order a single bottle, a carton or a mixed case of wine, spirits and liqueurs.



MyCantina practices the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.

MyCantina ships all orders Monday to Friday on standard business days. Depending on your location, we use the services of Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. For delivery to most Australian cities, please allow three to five working days and five to seven for rural and regional areas. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card should be left to advise re-delivery options.

Please note that in times extreme heat we will contact you regarding the shipment of your order and will advise you delay receiving your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it, we want you to enjoy your product as it was intended.


Delivery Charges

We offer FREE Standard shipping* for orders over $200 to most locations around Australia. Please see below to see you can receive FREE Standard Shipping.

For orders under $200, delivery charges will apply for each/carton of six or twelve bottles, depending on your order. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout.
