Zenato Soave Classico DOC Colombara 2018

This wine is produced in the province of Verona, in the countryside of Soave and Monteforte - Verona, from the Garganega and Chardonnay grapes.

Grape variety: 70% Garganega, 30% Chardonnay.
Geographical location: Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone - Verona.
Type of soil: Chalky-clay, limy.
Vinification: Period and method of the harvest: Chardonnay – the first ten days of September. Garganega – the first fifteen days of October. Manual harvest. Gentle pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.
Gastronomic combinations: A fine aperitif, it can accompany starters and white meats.
Colour: Straw-yellow with greenish highlights.
Nose: Intense yet delicate.
Palate: Dry, medium bodied and slightly aromatic.
Serving temperature: Serve at 10/12°C.
