PODERE ROCCHE DEI MANZONI Vigna Madonna Assunta La Villa - Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes and from the prized vineyard at Madonna Assunta la Villa in Castelletto, this is the newest Barolo within our range of production. The first vintage, in fact, in 1999 and was be released on the market in 2009, and this practice has continued ever since. It is compact on the palate giving a great balance between the acidity level leaving infinite power of a long finish.

Colour; Intense ruby red Nose; The nose is rich a wide range from red fruits, tobacco and chocolate, with a persistent and extensive bouquet Food Match; A thick cut medium-rare grilled steak and vegetables Vinification; After fermentation for 3 weeks at controlled temperature on contact with peelings, it is aged in barriques for 3 years. As is common with Barolo wine, it refines in bottle for no less than 12 months Ageing; Drink from release, up to 16 years from vintage
