Colour; red ruby bright and Intense Nose; factory fragrance provides a pleasant and teasing feeling Food Match; preferable with gamed seasoned cold meat and blue cheese Vinification; Alcohol fermentation and contact with the skins take place for roughly 9 to 11 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature Ageing; Ageing takes 15 to 18 months in wooden vats of 50Hl and 4 more months in the bottle
