EL COTO DE RIOJA Blanco - This wine is made from Viura grapes partly from Rioja Alavesa and partly from the Rioja Alta district. Powerful fresh attack gives way to a round texture balanced with a good acidity, releasing the fruit aromas. Very well balanced.
Colour; Pale yellow with green hues Nose; Beautiful intensity, with flavours of tropical fruit and citrus Food Match; Excellent aperitif or with raw fish and crustacean, omelette and fish dishes Vinification; Upon arrival to the winery are protected by a carbon dioxide curtain that avoids any oxidation. The same gas is used for instant cooling of grapes, just before being pressed. The pressing, carried out in pneumatic presses, is followed by a sedimentation time in vats at low temperatures, in order to clean the must.
