Colour; Red amber Nose; Has a dry, intense aroma and persistent with various notes of dried figs and cherries in alcohol. Food Match; Pleasant with herb cheeses, dried fruits and nuts Vinification; The Grillo & Catarratto grapes are harvested and fermented at a temperature of 25ûC then fortification with pure alcohol wine till the wine reaches maximum gradation Ageing; Ready but can stay for over 35 years in oak barrels
