BRUNO GALLIO Breganze Torcolato - It is from the Vespaiola, Garganega and Friulano grapes that are grown in volcanic soils with a nice water balance. It is full-bodied, elegant, delicate and clean with a nice balance between acidity and sugar giving a long-finishing freshness with a delightful taste.
Colour; Bright amber gold Nose; Fresh aroma of honey combined with tropical fruit, apricot, peach and citrus Food Match; It is perfect paired with matured cheeses very well and dry pasta Vinification; The grapes are laid in racks to dry that is natural and left to dry for 3 months until the sugar level is well desired. Fermentation process takes place in steel tanks and then cooled in to remove the need of mechanical filtration Ageing; Ready to drink but will improve after 2025
