ANGELO NEGRO Serra Lupini - From the town of Monteu Roero at an Altitude of 280-320 m above sea level the Arneis grapes are exposed to a south, south - west, west sun. The soil calcareous - sandy and the vines 18 years old. Soft and persisting attack on the palate combined with a mineral aftertaste which comes from the sandy soil of Roero.
Colour; Intense straw yellow with shimmers of golden reflections Nose; Hints of yellow fruits pulp like peach and pear, flowers of acacia and tropical fruits Food Match; White fish and pasta dishes Vinification; Maceration: 20% crio-maceration at 6C for 8-10 hours using no malolactic fermentation, which is then left in stainless steel tanks for minimum of 4 months Ageing; 4 - 5 Years minimum
