ANGELO NEGRO Serra Lupini - In Monteu Roero at an Altitude of 320 m above sea level the Arneis grapes are exposed to a south, south - west, west sun. The soil calcareous - sandy. There is a soft and persisting attack on the palate combined with a pleasant mineral aftertaste.

Colour; Intense straw yellow colour. Aroma of white flowers such as acacia and orange blossom, notes of pineapple and pear. The palate has a strong, full, warm attack, with a long final and is characterised by a pleasant mineral note. Match; White fish and pasta dishes Vinification; Maceration not done, direct pressing of the grapes. Fermentation; in stainless steel tanks at 15-17º Maturation; in stainless steel tanks for 7 months “sur lies” with “battonage” Ageing; 10 Years
